19th Airlift Wing priority portrayed and why?

As the Unit Emergency Management Representative, Gills led the complete overhaul of the shelter-in-place program. He re-established the proper procedures and reinforced the safety of 223 personnel.

Additionally, he worked alongside the Air Force Flight Standards Agency to re-install the $150K instrument landing system that had been offline for 2 years due to the ongoing runway construction project.

Finally, Gill was selected to attend the Warrior Airman Readiness course, where he gained valuable teamwork, leadership and expeditionary skills, bolstering TLR’s agile combat support capabilities.
