As a 19th Security Forces Squadron patrolman, Poley has executed C2 during two explosive detection equipment alerts, coordinated with SF patrols, Fire, EOD, Command Post, and the Jacksonville Police Department to evacuate over 100 personnel and cordon the area. The response led to solidifying response procedures to incidents affecting the commercial search area.

Additionally, Poley has been an engaged supervisor with a member going through serious health issues and was able to get the member emergency medical treatment.

Finally, she was first on the scene of a missing child incident where she immediately implemented Community Oriented Policing to gain the child's trust while additional patrols were able to locate the parents and reunite the family without incident.
