Staff Sergeant Exavier Treddenbarger showcased exemplary leadership by completing a major structural repair to the nose landing gear trunnion. His expertise led five personnel through drilling eight critical holes mounting the trunnion to the fuselage ending a one-month discrepancy.
Additionally, he coordinated the local manufacture of an enhanced cargo handling system railing rack. This rack will safeguard $1.3 million in aircraft assets, which previously were becoming damaged due to no established storage system.
Finally, Treddenbarger dispatched seven personnel to accomplish 17 maintenance actions supporting six aircraft and two Wings contributing to the mission statement, “Undaunted Tactical Airlift – Anytime, Anywhere!”
