19th Airlift Wing priority portrayed and why?

As an outpatient records technician, Sock builds resilient warriors and strong families through her exceptional work and commitment to 41,000 beneficiaries at LRAFB.

She launched a Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) after discovering a discrepancy with uploaded medical records. She hand-crafted standard operating procedures and trained 13 staff members across five clinics, restoring the 19th Medical Group's compliance and avoiding potential patient safety events.

Additionally, Sock championed the Defense Health Agency (DHA) migration to the Paper Record Tracking tool; training three users, labeling approximately 2,000 records and surpassing the DHA suspense by 90 days.

Lastly, she launched the Wing Hiking Club as part of Herk Hangouts, hosting five events with 27 members and cultivating fitness in mental, physical and social domains across the Black Knight community.
