19th Airlift Wing priority portrayed and why?

As a 19th Airlift Wing Command Post emergency action controller, De Los Reyes executed premier command and control in support of the wing’s undaunted tactical airlift and agile combat support capabilities. During LRAFB's ROCKI 22-03, he alerted seven aircrews and was responsible for disseminating 37 alarm and MOPP-level changes, as well as 79 weather and emergency notifications, driving the generation and dissemination of 17 higher headquarters messages. Finally, his quick actions during two in-flight emergencies and coordination with nine agencies resulted in the safe recovery of over $150M in assets and the lives of 10 crew members.
