19th Airlift Wing priority portrayed and why?

As the 19th Communications Squadron knowledge management section chief, Starks leads a work center of knowledge managers charged with maintaining the base's SharePoint sites and several by-law areas including PII and records management. Additionally, as the unit’s UNITE program manager, he single-handedly coordinated and conducted four events in the last six months, including the first post-COVID social gathering for the squadron in a year, providing a much needed reprieve from isolation and a massive mental health boost for 94 Airmen.
