Unit:  19 Medical Support Squadron

Official Duty title: Unit Deployment Manager

Hometown: Boise, Idaho

Time in service: 1 year and 1 month

Time at Little Rock: 5 months

Goals: Publish short stories, finish turning van into a camper, teach my son how to surf, and complete career development courses

Hobbies:  Writing and rewriting, construction projects, trying to win card games, surfing, leatherworking, and making my son, Eddie, laugh

Johnson serves as a Health Services Administrator which is a primarily administrative career field, but he demonstrated his capabilities as a multi-capable Airman providing medic coverage for a Security Forces joint heavy weapons certification course. During this five-day course, Johnson provided preventative care to the students, treated four injuries, and was vital to the team accomplishing all training ahead of schedule with no mission impacting injuries.
