19th Airlift Wing priority portrayed and why?

Nowell recently identified a major breakdown in airdrop loading operations during Green Flag Little Rock exercises that had been a cause for significant aircraft launch delays.  His solution to relocate a cargo loading dock eliminated the double-handling of airdrop loads enabling  Army and Air Force personnel to work together to achieve on-time departures and successful airdrops supporting Air Mobility Command’s only joint-accredited training venue.
