Garbacz is responsible for instrument and flight control systems maintenance on 18 C-130J aircraft. When he is not performing maintenance, Garbacz is the unit’s lead physical training leader and most recently teamed with the Operational Support Team to build workout plans that ensure members can meet readiness requirements. Garbacz scheduled and conducted workout sessions across three shifts for members requiring additional assistance.
