LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. -- By order of the installation commander, as of Sept. 23, 2021, Little Rock AFB has transitioned from Health Protection Condition (HPCON) Charlie to HPCON Bravo. The 19th Airlift Wing is in COVID Counter Measure Level 1.
Our collective priorities remain unchanged: we will continue to protect Airmen and their families, preserve combat airlift capacity and readiness, and defend the student pipeline.
In accordance with DoD guidance dated July 28, 2021, all Service members, Federal employees, onsite contractor employees, and visitors, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear a mask in an indoor setting while in Little Rock AFB facilities owned, leased or otherwise controlled by DoD. Everyone should continue to use sanitation procedures in the workplace and wash your hands often to prevent the spread of this disease.
As a reminder, the service implementation plan for mandatory vaccination requires all Active Duty Airmen and Guardians to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by Nov. 2 2021.
Commanders have the authority and responsibility for unit/building policies to ensure safety of all and in order to execute our mission.
