19th Airlift Wing priority portrayed and why?

Kopp augmented the Installation Deployment Readiness Cell during ROCKI 21-02. He coordinated with three squadrons and provided essential information for processing and Phase One execution which enabled the Wing’s first deployment to a Combat Readiness Training Center in ten years. Additionally he filled the Maintenance Operations Center’s Senior Controller position supervising six personnel, managing forty-six aircraft, and executed fifty-four Quick Reaction Checklists for three Major Commands and 2,200 users.
