As a 34th Combat Training Squadron flight superintendent, Montoya Built a 34 CTS 5-member NCO team to participate in Operation Dorm Storm, which facilitated much needed dorm improvements. He also solidified stronger ties with 19th Logistics Readiness Squadron for GFLR augmentation.
