How does the individual portray the core valueStaff Sgt. Rice personally fabricated the required sleeper shoring for six families of medium tactical vehicles enabling training upload and download procedures for loadmasters across the C130J fleet.  He also volunteered to support and train 12 aircrew members from Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, during a multi-day training event at Little Rock Air Force Base.  Combined, his efforts will ensure C-130J aircrews are prepared for future combat operations.
