How does the individual portray the core value? Nichols portrays this core value by being the first Airman in her office to complete the merger as a public affairs mass communicator. Not only was she first, but she did it early. She also was hand-selected to document the 74th anniversary of D-Day in Normandy, France and executed it flawlessly.
