How does the individual portray the core value?  Staff Sgt. Kenney is an outstanding Non-Commissioned Officer who embodies excellence. His keen management of the Dental Readiness Program slashed the broken appointment rates to an unprecedented 3 percent. As the alternate NCO in charge of Central Instrument Processing he processed 1,200 kits for two squadrons enabling $380,000 in premium care for 1,330 patients.
