How does the individual portray the core value? Staff Sgt, Stephanie Serrano strives to do her absolute best with every task she accomplishes. She shows the willingness to complete her training and obtain the necessary resources to ensure the job is completed right the first time. The 19 CPTS/WSA Unit Deployment Program is in the best shape it has ever been since Staff Sgt. Serrano was appointed to the position. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her day to day work responsibilities and interaction with 19th Comptroller Squadron and Wing Staff Agency members.
