How does the individual portray this core value?: Senior Airman Gatlin exudes a willingness to put his primary and secondary responsibilities to the squadron first. As a UDM, he has voluntarily worked weekends to ensure deploying members are able to in-process or out-process as needed per the mission’s requirement. His volunteer work has also extended out to the many squadron projects and fundraisers he took on and led.
