How does the individual portray the core value? Lt Springer portrays integrity first through true accountability. He is responsible for 360 staff members’ workload, travel,  and work center costs. In addition he is responsible for the 19th MDG day-to-day business operations, patient access, coding compliance, data quality, and resource advisement. All of this must be lawfully and accurately distributed through the management and execution of a 17.1 million dollar budget.
