Hometown: Chattanooga, Tenn.

Goals: Acquire Master’s degree in Engineering, prepare for increased leadership and responsibility through professional development courses.

Hobbies: Weight lifting, intramural sports, mountain biking and disc golf.

How does the individual portray the core value? Staff Sgt. Ford has been responsible for scheduling 831 military funeral honors and color guard details, totaling 28K man-hours and covering 176,000 miles. He leads and trains 26 Ceremonial Guardsmen in execution of the BHG mission.  Under his guidance, there have been zero missions missed and his teams have received numerous Letters of Appreciations from next-of-kin and Team Little Rock leadership.
