Goals:  Continue working at being the best C-130 pilot he can be by flying as much as possible and continuously studying. At home, Evan wants to build his family with his wife and try to be the best husband and father he can.

Hobbies: golf, fishing, attending Cowboys and Ranger games and hanging out with his wife and family.

How does the individual portray the core value?  He strives to exceed expectations from the simplest to most complex job.  Evan has volunteered on multiple events to include organizing efforts for the 2016 Arkansas Military Expo, creating the 327th Airlift Squadron Booster Club and developing a streamlined process for squadron mission planning.
