Comments: Dwyer exemplified the core value Excellence in All We Do during a local training mission that was diverted to relocate 56 key staff members from the Tanker Airlift Control Center based at Headquarters Air Mobility Command. He quickly re-configured the entire aircraft enabling the crew to arrive within mere hours of the initial no-notice call.
