Kania exemplifies the Service Before Self core value at all times, regardless of the situation. He is willing to stay late or come in early to ensure mission success. Moreover, he put his dedication to the mission first when he volunteered for a short-notice deployment. Kania stepped up for the deployment with no questions asked, the only thing he knew was he was ready to go.
