Senior Airman Mark Carroll, 19th Logistics Readiness Squadron aircraft services element member, ensures the execution of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff’s number 3 peacetime priority by securely handling and loading 453 tons of “Sight Sensitive” cargo on 801 State Department aircraft per year.
