The joint exercise with the Air National Guard and local emergency responders tested coordination, communications and procedures for an aircraft incident at the Walnut Ridge Airport. The C-130 and crew were from the 189th Airlift Wing of the Arkansas Air National Guard based at Little Rock Air Force Base. (Photo by Maj.
