314th AW reopens remodeled HQ
Col. George Risse, 19th Mission Support Group commander; Col. Greg Otey, 19th Airlift Wing commander; Col. C. K. Hyde, 314th Airlift Wing commander; retired Col. Howard Stiles, son of Maj. Gen. Clayton Stiles; and Lt. Col. Rich Stephenson, 314th Operations Group deputy commander; ceremonially cut the ribbon for the newly remodeled 314th Airlift Wing headquarters building.
