19th CES Airman step-promoted to technical sergeant
Col. Mike Minihan, 19th Airlift Wing commander; and Chief Master Sgt. James Morris, 19th Airlift Wing command chief; present a certificate of promotion Aug. 12 to Tech. Sgt. Jonathan Castleberry, 19th Civil Engineer Squadron structural craftsman. Sergeant Castleberry was surprised on his lunch break with an extra stripe “tacked” on by wing leaders as well as his civil engineer peers for being Stripes for Exceptional Performers promoted. He recently returned from a deployment to Iraq where he was lauded for his joint training leadership and efforts in reconstruction of an existing flightline.
