189th AW change of command

Col. Steve Eggensperger(right), incoming 189th Airlift Wing commander, accepts the wing flag from Brig. Gen. Dwight Balch, Arkansas Air National Guard commander, and as such, command of the unit May 15, 2011, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. The 189th AW is equipped with C-130H Hercules aircraft and conducts entry-level loadmaster and flight engineer training through the Enlisted Aircrew Academic School, and provides initial and instructor aircrew qualification training for the Department of Defense and more than 20 allied nations.
