Col. Thomas Crimmins, 19th Airlift Wing vice commander, presents a commander’s coin to Tech. Sgt. Matthew Blank, a 50th Airlift Squadron evaluator flight engineer Sept. 15, 2011, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. Blank led Dyess Air Force Base C-130H3 upgrade training, performed 64 hours of ground training, and spent six flight hours training nine flight engineers, enabling them to fly on multiple types of C-130’s.
