Air Force Core Value portrayed: Service Before Self
How does the individual portray the core value? Senior Airman Domingue is the epitome of Service Before Self. This fact has led to his appointment as the enlisted flight lead for two clinics; he manages 11 staff as a Senior Airman by building schedules and maintaining equipment and supplies while ensuring technician training. This is all accomplished while sustaining his own patient responsibilities. As a flight lead, Domingue has completed two Master Training Lists for Career Field Education and Training Plan rewrites, expedited immunizations for 40 members in a short-notice tasker and responded to a real-world Code Blue call for respiratory distress which saved a life.
