Chief Master Sergeant TRAVIS A. WILLIAMS

Chief Master Sergeant Travis A. Williams serves as Deputy Superintendent of the 913th Maintenance Squadron, Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas. He provides direction and guidance to officer and enlisted personnel in a total force association with the 19th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron that supports a diverse range of operations including: air drop, aeromedical evacuation, humanitarian aid, cargo and passenger airlift.

Chief Williams is responsible for maintaining 19 C-130 aircraft with 620 active duty, 82 reserve personnel, and 42 civilian technicians. Chief Williams directs the 913th squadron’s administrative functions and mission preparedness including: personnel development, sustainment, manpower, logistics, training and readiness. Chief Williams’s background includes aircraft inspection, aero repair, and crash recovery, working on KC-135, B-52, A-10 and RQ-4 aircraft while assigned to various bases in California, Louisiana, and Arkansas. The Chief has also served oversees in Iceland, Turkey, Italy, Japan, Guam and Iraq and has deployed in support of Operations Enduring/Iraqi Freedom & Inherent Resolve. Chief Williams is the base Chief’s group president leading 29 Active Duty, Reserve, and Air National Guard Chiefs at Team Little Rock.
