More than 750 Team Little Rock members participated in the third annual Kids Understanding Deployment Operations event April 5 at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. The purpose of the event is to demonstrate, on a child’s level, what it’s like for their parents to deploy. By showing them what their parents do at work and seeing the deployment process, hopefully it will lessen any anxieties they may have about deployments.
