189th AW Children deploy to North Pole
Children of Airmen from the 189th Airlift Wing “deployed” to the “North Pole” Dec. 12, 2010, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. The young deployers went through a deployment processing line, then spent the day decorating cookies, creating arts and crafts projects, playing reindeer games and visiting with Santa Claus. The children also donated more than $3,000 worth of toys, collected during the wing’s annual toy drive, to two local charities. (Courtesy photo)
