19th MDG wins 7 AMC-level honors

The 19th Medical Group won seven 2015 Air Mobility Command level Air Force Medical Service Awards announced by the command surgeon Dec. 1.

The base medics were honored in the following categories:

Medium Dental Clinic of the Year (3rd Year in a Row): 19th Aerospace Medicine Squadron;

Air Force Outstanding Patient Centered Medical Home: 19th Medical Operations Squadron;

Clinical Excellence Award: Company Grade Category: Capt. Laura Wolfe;

Air Force Biomedical Specialist Category I Officer of the Year: Field Grade Category: Maj. Keye Latimer;

Aerospace and Operational Physiology Airman of the Year: Senior Airman Nathaniel Pepin;

Base Bioenvironmental Engineering NCO of the Year: Staff Sgt. Brandon Laflin; and

Aerospace and Operational Physiology NCO of the Year: Staff Sgt. Oscar Pena.
