14 given Art. 15 punishment in April

LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. --  During the month of April, the following punishments were given to 14 members of Little Rock Air Force Base under Article 15, Uniform Code of Military Justice.

An airman from the 19th Force Support Squadron failed to report to duty at the appointed time on divers occasions and failed to obey two lawful orders. The member received suspended reduction to the rank of airman basic, 45 days extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 19th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron failed to report to work at the appointed time, left the local area and lied to an NCO. The member received suspended reduction to the rank of airman, forfeiture of $200 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand

An airman first class from the 19th FSS failed to report to duty at the appointed time, left appointed place of duty without authority and failed to stay awake while on duty. The member received reduction to the rank of airman, 45 days extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 714th Training Squadron drank while under the legal age of 21 years old, failed to return an airman first class' military ID after it was found, kept that airman first class' ID and then wrongfully gave it to another airman first class. The member received reduction to the rank of airman and forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months with one month suspended.

An airman first class from the 714th TRS possessed and drank alcoholic beverages while under the legal age of 21 years old and violated the phase program by remaining out past curfew while drinking alcohol. The member received reduction to the rank of airman and suspended forfeiture of $500 pay.

An airman first class from the 714th TRS broke Phase I of training by leaving the base, broke Phase I of training by remaining out past curfew and propped open an emergency exit in the dormitory. The airman first class also failed to go and left without authority. The member received reduction to the rank of airman and forfeiture of $300 pay.

An airman first class from the 714th TRS drank alcoholic beverages in the dormitory, allowed a senior airman and an airman first class to enter the dorm after curfew by opening an emergency exit and broke Phase I of training by leaving base. The member received reduction to the rank of airman and suspended forfeiture of $500 pay.

An airman first class from the 714th TRS failed to go, drank alcoholic beverages in the dormitory and on two occasions failed to report to a Military Training Leader for detail after class. The member received reduction to the rank of airman and forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months with one month suspended.

An airman first class from the 714th TRS had alcoholic beverages in the dormitory and failed to obey a General Order prohibiting the use of intoxicating substances by purchasing K-2 "spice." The member received reduction to the rank of airman and suspended forfeiture of $500 pay.

An airman first class from the 19th Operations Support Squadron showed tremendous improvement since arriving on station. The member's previously suspended forfeiture of $824 pay per month for one month was remitted.

A senior airman from the 19th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron negligently failed to follow tool accountability procedures while a deployed location. The member received suspended reduction to the rank of airman first class, forfeiture of $200 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.

A staff sergeant from the 19th Logistics Readiness Squadron disobeyed the Equal Opportunity and Treatment Policy letter and on divers occasions engaged in sexual contact with another staff sergeant in a deployed location. The member received reduction to the rank of senior airman and a reprimand.

A technical sergeant from the 19th Logistics Readiness Squadron willfully made unauthorized purchases with a Government Travel Card and failed to pay GTC debt. The member received suspended reduction to the rank of staff sergeant and a reprimand.
