Why was the individual selected and how do they display the core value?

Logan has portrayed Excellence in All We Do both on and off station as an up-and-coming flying crew chief. He has stepped up multiple times fulfilling temporary duty assignment slots. Logan continues to show interest in flying while maintaining a professional image.
