Federal Post Card Application for absentee ballots

By Installation’s Voting Assistance Office

LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. -- Each January the Installation’s Voting Assistance Office is required to distribute the Federal Post Card Application or form SF76 for absentee ballots to all military members. This same post card may also be used by your dependents that are of legal voting age.

The SF76 is the form used to register to vote and receive your absentee ballot from your state of residence.

In cases where residents do not receive their state's absentee ballot within 30 days of the election date, the resident may then complete the Absentee Write-In Ballot  or form SF186

For more information on these voting processes or to complete your voter registration, visit or contact your unit voting representative.

If you have any questions, please send an email to, or contact the Airman and Family Readiness Center.
