Second Lt. Angela Cole coordinated an event called ‘Provides and Planes’ that had 100 attendees. This included securing a static display and tour of a C-130 for 19th MDG staff and local medical providers in our Tricare Network. This created stronger relationships with the medical group’s local partnerships and increased awareness on the different missions that LRAFB has to offer!

Additionally, Cole created and implemented an AFFORGEN Training Tracker for 177 active-duty personnel three months before Air Force wide AFFORGEN implementation. This tracker was shared to four other Air Force installations to advance their AFFORGEN training.

Finally, Cole interviewed and appointed the Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Working Group (DWIG) for the 19 AW. As Chair of DWIG, she developed programs, courses, and open forums that enhanced recruitment, diversity and inclusion. In turn, enhancing a culture of respect and equity on LRAFB.
