Arkansas National Guard Adjutant General visits STARBASE

LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. --  

U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Jonathan Stubbs, the Adjutant General of the Arkansas National Guard, recently toured the Jacksonville-Little Rock Air Force Base University Center and learned about the STARBASE program.
