The Team Little Rock mission is integrated and innovative. The combat airlift mission and installation excellence happens through a synergistic concept the base and community call Team Little Rock. It is a total force association of civilian & Active Duty, Guard & Reserve, instructors & students. The 314th Airlift Wing from AETC and the 189th Airlift Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, provide the foundation of combat airlift with initial training in the C-130J and C-130H models. The 19th Airlift Wing and the Reservists in 913th Airlift Group provide combat-focused, battle ready operators to combatant commanders. Lastly, the 29th Weapons Squadron from Air Combat Command produces graduate-level instruction in weapons and
tactics employment.
