Combat Airlifter of the Week: Airman 1st Class Jayden Ford
Airman 1st Class Cole Johnson, 19th Medical Support Squadron unit deployment manager, is recognized as the Combat Airlifter of the Week, Jan. 10, 2022. Johnson serves as a Health Services Administrator which is a primarily administrative career field, but he demonstrated his capabilities as a multi-capable Airman providing medic coverage for a Security Forces joint heavy weapons certification course. During this five-day course, Johnson provided preventative care to the students, treated four injuries, and was vital to the team accomplishing all training ahead of schedule with no mission impacting injuries.
