How does the individual portray the core value? Tech. Sgt. Ryan Dewey is an outstanding noncommissioned officer who embodies excellence. His superb management of the groups OPR/EPR program, as well the Task Management Tool, ensured the medical group's compliance with wing and headquarters Air Force tasks. Additionally, under his guidance as an Occupational Health Consultant, the Wing was able to avoid $53 million in federal fines.
