Additional Comments: Carter shows excellence through her efforts to ensure the individual readiness and occupational needs of 3,600 Team Little Rock personnel. She facilitates hearing exams for more than 2,000 personnel in the Hearing Conservation program and makes sure all medical requirements are up-to-date.  In addition, Carter is a servant leader and leads by example earning her the Air Force Sergeants Association Chapter 658’s Airman of the Year.
