How does the individual portray the core value? Carvalho flawlessly executes command and control to the home of Agile Combat Airlift.  Last week, as an integral member of the command post team, Carvalho  coordinated support resources for the hurricane evacuation of 34 aircraft and 240 personnel. Carvalho's daily responsibilities include flight following for three airlift wings, mass notification in times of emergency and operational reporting to higher headquarters.
