Staff Sgt. Powell has been vital to the merging of Student Training and Permenant Party Training at Department of Defense's largest C-130J Formal Training Unit.  With his expertise 12 syllabi were transferred and he was key to the training of 10 enlisted and officer members, resulting in zero delay in student production.
